The magnificent Mont-Saint-Michel in Normandy, France instantaneously captivated me and has hovered in my thoughts every now and then ever since I visited this place in 2007. It is an UNESCO-listed magical island crowned by a lofty medieval monastery, looming dramatically on the horizon and defying some of the highest tides in Europe. It was for centuries one of Europe’s major pilgrimage destination too. Sharing my art-work that reminds me about that place. Have a wonderful day :-)
